Contact: [email protected] I am really excited to be a Grand Junction Tiger! Though I knew I should've been a teacher a long time ago, I decided to go back to school and get my teaching certification and master's from CMU a bit later than most people. My original bachelor's degree was from Louisiana State University. Geaux Tigers!! I started my teaching career at Caprock Academy where I taught there for 7 years and for the last 2 1/2 years served as an ELA teacher and as their High School Dean. My husband, Tim is senior pastor at Fellowship Church, and I have two daughters, and a son-in-law. My oldest daughter, Lindsey lives in Tampa, Florida, and my youngest is married and lives here in Grand Junction. I enjoy reading, exercising, and spending time with friends, family, and my animals. I love teaching. I feel it is a calling, and though I dodged it for a bit, I finally listened, and I'm so glad!!
